Nexus - Fall Winter

The Hexagon Dome collection draws inspiration from architecture and geometric shapes. My fascination with these forms began during my childhood, when my parents took me on historic field trips in Tehran. I was captivated by the intricate geometric patterns found in Persian architecture, and those early experiences left a lasting impression on me.
The images on the sides of my mood board are from two iconic buildings I visited during that time, both constructed in the 1960s. For this Fall/Winter collection, I’ve infused elements of 1960s style and silhouettes, paying homage to the era while blending it with the architectural influences that first sparked my creative vision.

I decided to create a prototype for one of the key pieces in this collection. I refined the coat design, developed a pattern from those adjustments, and crafted the first sample.
Following this, I collaborated with Klozar Weaving, a Persian rug handbag brand, along with several other artists and individual collaborators, to stage a photoshoot.

Anahita

In this collection, I was inspired by the symbolic role of water in ancient Persian architecture, philosophy, and theology. In Persian culture, water epitomizes the deep respect for nature and mysticism, embodied by Anahita, the goddess of water and fertility, symbolizing feminine power.
Water has been both symbolic and practical throughout Persian history, and this reverence, passed down through my ancestors, profoundly influences me.
The Persian Pond collection for Spring/Summer draws from water's qualities—feminine strength, fluidity, and movement. These traits are reflected in the colors, fabrics, and silhouettes, designed for those who embrace and celebrate their feminine identity.
